Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping rates are simple:

  • Australia Regular Post (5-10 days) - $7.00
  • Australia Express Post (1-3 days) - $9.50
  • New Zealand - $9.50
  • The Rest of the World - $14.50

Although it is referred to as SHIPPING, it will more than likely come to you via aeroplane, making for a much speedier delivery.

Delivery times will vary but it is our aim to have dispatched your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order assuming your product is in stock. If there is any delay we will bend over backwards to let you know.

Back orders for t-shirts not in stock will normally take 7-10 days to arrive for all orders within Australia and New Zealand. For all other International orders please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Weirdo.com.au Pty Ltd will do its utmost to keep you up to date with the status of your order. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks for domestic orders or 3 weeks for international orders then please contact us via this email address - weirdos@weirdo.com.au

The website is secured with 256 bit encryption ensuring the safety and security of all of our customers’ details. This is the highest of online security measures and well above the industry standard so you can be confident in dealing with us.

Additionally we will never give away or sell any of your information to any other third party...EVER.

Returns & Replacements
Weirdo.com.au Pty Ltd will exchange your t-shirt for sizing reasons only. If you wish to exchange your shirt for another size, then please return the t-shirt in its original condition with an addressed return post paid bag to Weirdo.com.au Pty Ltd.

Weirdo.com.au Pty Ltd - 21 / 2190 Gold Coast Highway, Miami, Queensland, 4220, Australia. Please allow up to 14 days for your new size to arrive. Should the size you require not be in stock we will contact you.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty, we will replace the product for you upon receipt of the product. Prior to sending the product back to us, please contact us via email at weirdos@weirdo.com.au

All ordering must be done through our secure website. Weirdo.com.au uses the highest and most secure technology to ensure the safety and security of your information. Credit Card processing is done by E-way Australia – a leading payment gateway. Your credit card details are never stored.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices shown on the website at the time of ordering is what you pay. Pricing may vary at the discretion of Weirdo.com.au. What you see in the checkout is what you will be charged.

Special offers and promotions require the use of specific discount coupons that alter your pricing (if valid) at the first stage of the shopping cart checkout. Only one voucher can be used at a time on any given order. Coupons can be created and deleted at the discretion of Weirdo.com.au Pty Ltd.

Viewing Orders
All your web order history will be available to view by logging into your website account. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and a copy of your invoice with your t-shirt.

Updating Account Information
You can log into your account at anytime and update your account information. If you have forgotten your login or password then you can request a reminder.
